The South Region Stars is a competitive team, meaning we don’t teach athlete’s how to swim; rather we teach them ways to swim faster and more efficiently. That said, we offer a host of events for those who need assistance in the pool to the more advanced racers. Remember, all athletes are put in divisions based on ability and age to make competitions even more fun.
Practice Dates

Location: Two Rivers High School, 1897 Delaware Avenue South, Mendota Heights 55118. We practice in the Aquatics Center, which is a separate building (and parking lot) just south on Delaware.
Time:
If you can swim a length of the pool without direction or stopping, you may attend Session Two or Session One. Otherwise, you will need to attend session one, when we will have coaches in the water.
Session One: 10:45 – 11:35
Session Two: 11:45 – 12:35
Please be on time!
Remember: If you are a new or existing swimmer whose application has expired, make sure to complete (or renew) your application and submit to SOMN before the first practice.
